Banana FroYo will satisfy your craving for a cold dessert without the fat and added sugar. This recipe adds sweetness for a chocolate peanut buttery flavor.

Steps
Step 1: put all ingredients into a large blender
Step 2: blend until all ingredients are mixed thoroughly
Step 3: pour into individual containers (bowls and coffee mugs work great)
Step 4: place in freezer for 60 minutes or longer
Step 5: enjoy with a spoon
How to make
If you want to eat the froyo immediately, add some ice to the blender for a thicker consistency.
This recipe calls for cacao nibs and peanut butter powder, which mix well with banana and are healthy additives.
