Dragonfruit Yogurt Bowl

Similar to a smoothie, yogurt bowls are an excellent way to feed your body with a full supply of required daily nutrients. The Dragonfruit bowl delivers supreme taste through healthy fats and carbohydrates, and it is packed with protein.

Steps
Step 1: Mix the avocado with the yogurt in a large enough bowl so all the ingredients won't overflow the top. Transport half the yogurt/avocado mix into a 2nd bowl.
Step 2: Distribute the fruit evenly to the 2 bowls, followed by the granola, peanut butter, and topped off with the coconut flakes.
How to make
If you need more protein, add some protein powder to mix with the yogurt.

1 avocado
1.5 cups Dragonfruit
1 cup blueberries
1 banana
4 oz. Kind Almond Butter Grain Clusters
2 tbsp reduced fat peanut butter
1 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes
*Tip: the color of berries is associated with antioxidants. The darker the color, the more antioxidants there are in the fruit. So choose the darkest blueberries you can find to maximize your antioxidant intake.
