Service Description

We will review the data gathered from Week 1 & 2 in which you tracked your diet and activity with MyFitnessPal. I will provide suggestions for improving your diet and maximizing the effectiveness of your physical activity. I will also give you 1 pro tip to making healthy food choices. At the end of the call we will discuss your commitment to improving your diet and continuing with the program.
